DigiHealthWallet — account deletion
How to request account deletion
- Use the contact form on this page (above).
- Under Contacting about, select DigiHealthWallet mobile app.
- Under Subject, choose Account Deletion.
- In Message, include the email or phone number registered on your account for verification.
- Or email info@digihealthwallet.com from your registered address with subject Account deletion — DigiHealthWallet.
What we delete
After verification, we delete personal data tied to your DigiHealthWallet mobile app account (profile, identifiers, app preferences, and personal content held only for your use in the app) so you cannot sign in or be re-identified through that account.
What we may keep & retention
We may retain information where required or permitted by law (e.g. billing/tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution) only as long as needed. Anonymised or aggregated data may be kept. See our Privacy Policy.
Clinic portal accounts are separate from patient DigiHealthWallet accounts—select Clinic portal in the form if your request is about portal access.
